How to order, start to finish.
Every screen you will touch, in the order you will touch it — from opening your account to getting paid after delivery.
Create and activate your seller account
Register with your name, email and phone number, then verify your email. Pay the one-time ৳300 registration fee via bKash from your dashboard and submit the transaction ID — we approve it manually, usually within a few hours. After that it's ৳150/month to keep the account active.

Build a product preset
A preset is your finished, sellable product: a base item from our catalogue plus your artwork, colour, size range and the retail price you want to charge. Upload your design at the highest resolution you have, position it on the mockup, and save. Each preset gets a preset ID you can reuse for every order.
- Upload print files at 300 DPI where possible
- Transparent PNG gives the cleanest result
- Set your retail price — the difference over our base price is your profit
Submit a customer order
When a customer buys from you, open the preset, enter their name, phone, full address and district, choose the quantity, and submit. You can also run the phone number through our courier fraud checker first to see that customer's delivery and cancellation history.
- Double-check the phone number — couriers call before delivery
- Include house/road details, not just the area name
- Run risky numbers through the Fraud Checker before confirming COD
Connect Steadfast for delivery
We ship nationwide through Steadfast. Add your Steadfast Merchant ID under Settings → Profile so your parcels and COD collections are tracked against your own merchant account. If you do not have one yet, sign up with Steadfast first, then paste the merchant ID into your AxonWear profile and save.
- Settings → Profile → Steadfast Merchant ID
- Use the merchant ID exactly as Steadfast shows it
- Save the profile — the ID is attached to every new parcel from then on
How the money moves
Two separate payments, in two directions. You pay us our production cost up front, when you submit the order — that is what puts it into production. Your customer pays the full retail price to Steadfast on delivery, and Steadfast settles that straight into your own merchant account. Your profit is the difference, and it reaches you from the courier, not from us. We never hold your sales money.
- Our cost is due at order submission, before printing starts
- COD is collected by Steadfast against your merchant ID, not ours
- Order History shows the live courier status for every parcel
